Situated on the fringe of picturesque Gorey Village, Old Bank House takes its name from the merchant banking business run from the house in the sailing ship days when Gorey Harbour was one of Jersey's man trading centres.

It is within easy walking distance of famous Mont Orgueil - Mount Pride - which has played an important role in the Island's history since the 11th century. It was once the military headquarters of Jersey and housed many famous governors including Sir Walter Raleigh.
